Refunds Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

We will only issue a refund if the following conditions are met:

• You have canceled your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• We have not yet delivered the oil to your property.
• You have not used any of the oil.
• You have returned any unused oil to us in its original condition.

2. Returns

We will not accept returns of oil that has been used or that is not in its original condition.

3. Cancellations

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation and refund your payment within 3-5 business days.

4. Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy. These include:

• If you cancel your order after we have already delivered the oil to your property, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• If the oil has been contaminated or damaged, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• If you have ordered a special delivery of oil, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
